"After calling 3 other insurance companies and spending a bunch of time repeating the same questions to just get expensive prices, calling Statefarm did not disappoint! Austin was my representative, who was very efficient and fast, who did not need my vin number to get an exact quote. So friendly, so helpful and made sure I got the bang for my buck. I feel so relieved and grateful now that I’m back on insurance, and with people who give that feel that they actually care about your benefit too. Definitely recommend this over others, and Austin, you’re too nice! Thank you so so much, again!"

"My dad had our home and rental properties insured with State Farm in Camas and Linda Huff for over 20 years. When Linda Huff retired, our account got switched over to Jim Riley's office in Vancouver. I had my car insurance at Allstate. I just bought a new car, and Allstate's premiums were outrageous! So, I called Jim Riley's office to see about getting a policy with them and ended up talking to Kass. I switched from Allstate to State Farm and saved over $400 on my 6 mo premium for car insurance after adding my brand new second car compared to what Allstate wanted for the two vehicles, by bundling our car insurance and an umbrella policy we needed, with our home and rental property insurance that was already at State Farm. My boyfriend, who was with Progressive, also got a quote from them and ended up switching too, because he can save about $35 a month in his premiums for his pickup truck. Account manager, Kassandra Stewart, has been awesome working with me getting this all figured out and going back and forth with the underwriters to get the policies in place. She's extremely patient and responsive to my dozens of questions, very friendly, professional, and highly knowledgeable about all the different insurance products. Jim Riley and the other staff members were also very friendly and welcoming when I went into the office today to sit down with Kassandra and hash out the details of our policies. I highly recommend Jim Riley's State Farm office for all your insurance needs. They're awesome!"
