Michelle Riley is the Office Manager for Jim Riley State Farm Insurance. Michelle brings over 16 years of administrative experience in Office Management, Office Assistant and Customer Service. She is responsible for all office procedures and uses her organizational skills to ensure smooth operations in a busy work environment. Her job is to oversee the office operations, and she is committed to making our customers and their families experience in our office a positive one.
Michelle has been a resident of Vancouver since moving here in 2017. While she spent some time in the Midwest, Camano Island, WA is where she grew up. She is thrilled to be back in the PNW and thoroughly enjoys working right alongside her daughter Alexa and Jim (her husband for almost 32 years and counting). Michelle loves to participate in outdoor activities that include boating, sporting events, camping, and spending time with extended family and friends whenever possible.
As the office manager and she’s responsible for ensuring smooth operations in an extremely busy work environment. Michelle is committed to making our customers and their families experience in our office a positive one.
Before moving to Vancouver, Michelle and her family spent some time in the Las Vegas, and St. Louis supporting Jim in his prior career. Prior to meeting Jim back in college, she grew up on Camano Island. She is thrilled to be back in the PNW and thoroughly enjoys working right alongside her daughter Alexa and Jim. Michelle loves to participate in outdoor activities that include boating, sporting events, camping, and spending time with extended family and friends whenever possible.

Alexa Riley is an account manager for Jim Riley State Farm Insurance. During the day to day, Alexa is responsible for identifying customer needs, servicing their existing policies and growing our business through developing long-term relationships within our agency.
Alexa has had the opportunity of growing up in multiple cities across the U.S. resulting in an amazing ability to connect with people. Alexa loves to travel, hike, camp, and explore all the PNW has to offer. Whether it’s snowboarding in the winter or hiking in the summer, she loves the outdoors.
Alexa is also extremely competitive. She began a long run playing competitive soccer as a youth. While living in Las Vegas, at the age of 12, Alexa and her 12U Soccer team won the Nevada State Championship. Her success on the soccer field continued well into her college years. As a freshman, she was selected Player of the Year in her Division
