Almost four decades have passed since I graduated from Hudson's Bay High School and embarked on a journey across the United States as both an athlete and a business professional. What stands out the most from those experiences are the relationships I formed and the sense of camaraderie that came from working towards shared goals. These experiences have taught me the importance of meaningful conversations, insightful questions, and helping others achieve their objectives.

In 2020, I had the opportunity to fulfill a lifelong dream by opening a business in my hometown of Vancouver. Leaving Vancouver in 1987 to pursue my degree, I had just finished playing in the American Legion National Championship as a member of the Vancouver Cardinals. Today, my agency has flourished thanks to the incredible efforts of my team and the support of our wonderful customers. As a result, we recently moved our agency to a larger office space.

Our new office holds special significance as it is conveniently located just four blocks away from the hospital where I was born and only a mile from the home I was raised in. This proximity symbolizes the deep connection I have to this community and the roots that have shaped me. Working so close to these meaningful places serves as a constant reminder of my journey and the gratitude I have for the opportunities that brought me back to my hometown. Additionally, for the past four years, my son and I have been volunteering our time coaching a Little League team at Fort Vancouver Little League, further deepening our ties to the city and community we cherish.

Raising three incredible children in different American cities has been an invaluable experience for my wife Michelle and me. Adapting to new environments and cultures has enriched our lives. After a successful corporate career, we made the decision to return to my hometown, where we now reside in the Hough Neighborhood. Working alongside my wife, daughter Alexa, and our growing team of exceptional insurance professionals brings us great joy.

Building relationships, helping others, and being active members of the community are top priorities for Michelle and me. During our time in the Midwest, I served on the Board of the Children's Miracle Network of St. Louis, fulfilling these needs. Serving our hometown community has been an incredible adventure, and as our agency continues to grow, we are excited to combine our experiences, provide exceptional service, and give back even more. The more success we achieve, the more we will reward our community for embracing us.
